Ombré powder brows is a cosmetic tattoo technique for eyebrows. It involves creating a gradient effect, where the brows are darker at the tail and gradually fade towards the front. This technique uses a stippling method to achieve a soft, powdered look, resembling the appearance of filled-in brows using makeup. Touch up is not included
